60 homes being built in Naas is Co Kildare's biggest property project

The biggest residential property project at the moment in Co Kildare will see 60 luxury homes built by the end of 2018.

The €7.5m development at Finlay Park near Naas will feature a range of dwellings including 30 four-bed two-storey homes and 18 three-bed two-storey homes.

New footpath and cycle-track will also be built along the Canal bank.

Construction work began in November last and is expected to take in the region of three years to complete.

The two sections of the development in Phase 1 will be known as The Abbey and The Connaught.

The main contractor is LeMonde Holdings which is based in Co Dublin.
